Hi! My name is Lin.

I am currently a PhD candidate in Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD. Prior to my PhD, I received an MSc in Mathematics from National University of Singapore, and a BSc in Mathematics & Economics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

The information-intensive industry is undergoing tumultuous changes brought about by competition and technological evolution. Amidst these shifts, there's a rising emphasis on the role of people, be they customers or employees, in the value creation process. My research aims to decipher how organizations can strategically tailor their operations to not only navigate these unique challenges but also harness them for continued growth.
